This ultra fine holo powder can be used to create magical, glittery holo nail art.
Buff the powder into gel polish or regular polish to achieve the holo effect. If using regular polish, use a water based base or top coat over the powder before applying your top coat (such as UNT Ready For Takeoff).
A little goes a long way with these foil flakes. This jar contains plenty of product that can be used to for many, many beautiful manicures!
