Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout with rates calculated in real-time:

  • NailStuff Tracked (Canada): Our discounted shipping option to bring you the cheapest rates possible. To ensure the best pricing, the carrier cannot be selected and will be chosen based on your location.
  • Carrier Options: Additional shipping rates from UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post will be available at checkout.

Note: Not all regions will have access to NailStuff Tracked rates due to distance from metropolitan areas. All rates displayed at checkout are calculated and provided directly by the carriers.

Free Lettermail Shipping

Due to the uncertainty with Canada Post, we have temporarily removed free lettermail shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Can I add to or edit my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we can help you make changes.

Do you combine orders?

Yes! If you have an open order, you will see a free shipping option at checkout called: "Combine with open order: #XXXXX"

Select this option to combine your orders. If your combined orders reach the free shipping threshold, your shipping refund will be processed after your orders have been packaged and are ready to ship.
