By Any Means Necessary is a light blue, with a hint of grey, polish with a subtle blue to purple sheen, blue-grey reflective glitters, and iridescent blue-green glitters. Due to the nature of the glitters, it is recommended to use a smoothing top coat.

Apply in 2-3 coats for maximum dimension and depth. Layer to your desired preference.
