I'm Not Smart Enough by Dam Nail Polish is a red base and red/orange shifting shimmer. Within the base are red reflective glitters that light up when it hits bright light.
The names from this series are from some of Angie's favorite answers that she has saved over the years from the Dam Nail Polish Facebook Fan group. One of the questions that is asked upon membership request is "How do I know you're not a robot?" and fans have given some of the most entertaining answers.
