Kuang Si Falls, from the Rainbow Flakies Collection by Chamaeleon Nails, is a teal neon base with orange/yellow iridescent flakes.
Storage: store your neon polishes in a dark place, since the pigments are sensitive to light which can make them fade with time.

Application
Apply in 2-3 coats for maximum dimension and depth. Layer to your desired preference.
A base coat can prevent staining (especially for darker shades) and top coat can prolong the wear time and minimize chipping.
