Application

Apply in 2-3 coats for maximum dimension and depth. Layer to your desired preference.

Dusty in person
If you like dusty and muted shades, this is nice. I'm a brights person, but I thought the pink and iridescent green flakes would be enough to brighten this polish up so that I liked it. Unfortunately, the overall effect is of a dusty robin's egg blue with a strong grey tint. The flakes are cute, and look nice outside in bright light, but the colours don't read strongly in indoor lighting. I'll see how I feel in the spring - maybe I'll like it more then! The formula is very nice.
