TL;DR:
A few weeks ago, we temporarily paused US orders due to the chaos caused by new tariffs, duties, and fees. We’ve now secured lower international shipping rates, which helps offset some of those costs. Duties and tariffs will still apply at checkout, but we’re committed to continuing to reduce the overall cross-border impact.

US Shipping Is Back — Here’s What You Need to Know

After a short pause, we’re happy to announce that US shipping has been re-enabled. A few weeks ago we made the difficult decision to temporarily disable US orders when new tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees created unexpected complications and significantly inflated the cost of shipping across the border. At the time, the combination of postage rates plus government-mandated fees made it unreasonably expensive for our US customers.

The good news? We’ve secured much lower international shipping rates, which helps balance out some of the added costs. That said, all orders to the United States will still include duties and tariffs. These charges are controlled by U.S. Customs regulations and vary based on the items in your order. They’re calculated automatically according to official U.S. guidelines and will appear as separate line items during checkout.

We know cross-border fees aren’t ideal, and we’re continuing to explore additional ways to reduce the overall impact on our customers. For now, this is the best available path — and we’re glad to make US shipping accessible again.
