Application

Apply in 2-3 coats for maximum dimension and depth. Layer to your desired preference.

      This is a shy, freckled beauty

      It isn’t for anyone but it has a Strawberry Shortcake, Girl Nextdoor , Peppermint Patty, and Jolie Laide appeal. It is both sophisticated and sweet and tart and delicious. I don’t mind that it is somewhat more appealing intellectually.

      I bought this because it's so unique. The shimmer is very visible. This was my first Starrily purchase and was a little disappointed they don't use the paddle brush . But overall would still recommend.
